Eat in style at this spectacular ocean-front setting. The Lone Star Restaurant offer its guests gastronomic marvels created in its airy open plan kitchens. The restaurant has a breezy beach bar atmosphere during the day, and in the evening it transforms, becoming a chic canteen featuring world food with a Caribbean twist, including signature dishes such as chicken tikka masala, tuna tartar and fresh blackened dolphin with sweet potato mash & mango lime salsa, created from fresh local produce.



Relatively new to Barbados' restaurant community, Nishi has firmly established itself as one of the best. Boasting a superior sushi menu, Nishi features a contemporary blend of Asian and Caribbean cuisine. Sit upstairs by the sushi bar and watch top Sushi chefs create your dinner or dine downstairs in the air conditioned bistro. After dark the outer courtyard is transformed into an outdoor lounge with full bar and live performances.


Fish Pot

Once a 17th century fort, the Fish Pot restaurant provides a cozy, delightful dining atmosphere. Situated in a quiet fishing village in St. Lucy, the restaurant has been lovingly decorated by a husband and wife team.
